Hans J. Hahn

Hans J. Hahn comes from the Eifel, a region in western Germany full of stories and old legends that still inspire him today. For more than 25 years he has worked as a physiotherapist and runs his own practice in Aachen. There he doesn't just help people move freely again, he also listens to them. Many of his ideas come from exactly these conversations on the treatment table.

He started out writing about the big questions of life. Books like „Was ist der Tod?“ (What Is Death?) invite readers to think about life, loss, and what really matters. Today Hans writes across many genres: gripping crime novels and thrillers set in the Eifel, mysterious mystery series, fantasy novels full of magic and adventure, heartfelt love stories, and tales of first love. He has also written humorous books that take a wink-and-a-smile look at the 1980s, at know-it-alls, and at our life glued to the smartphone.
