Jim Vinoski is a manufacturing expert, scholar, advisor, and keynote speaker. He is a multimedia content creator focused on industry storytelling. With over 35 years of industry experience at such companies as Ralston Purina and General Mills, he writes at his Manufacturing Talks Substack, and hosts the Manufacturing Talks Web Show and Podcast.

Jim serves as a Visiting Fellow at the National Center for Energy Analytics and is cofounder and President of Firesteel Industrial Solutions,his manufacturing business growth consultancy.
