Dr. Donetta Quinones

Dr. Donetta Quinones, the CEO of Academic Research Solutions, Inc. and the creator of the “Daring You to Be YOU! (DAREU2BU)” and “The Battle of the Bulge Begins in the Mind (BOBBIM)” programs bring her clients 20 years of customer service experience and over a decade of research and training expertise. Through her dedication to applying the knowledge and skills she has gained through her educational and professional pursuits; she aims to empower her clients to succeed and thrive in their endeavors. A graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, specializing in English Literature and International Relations. Dr. Quinones later worked as a licensed commercial property and casualty insurance agent for several small businesses. Her wish to explore the connection between the legal system and psychology “When the Ass Speaks…You Should Listen!” prompted her to complete a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology at Argosy University. This educational journey sparked her further interest in the mental health community, where she recognized the need for patient advocacy and multicultural awareness. She earned a Master of Science in General Psychology from Walden University and became certified as a Human Behavior Consultant through the Christian Coach Institute. Dr. Quinones also graduated from the Doctoral Psychology program at Walden University. Her experience as an army spouse has strengthened her commitment to bridging the interpersonal gap between the behavioral health sector and the clients who require assistance from these professionals. She has published several personal and spiritual development journals to help clients and the public make positive life changes. Dr. Quinones works in various forensic settings, providing therapeutic support in city jails, correctional facilities, and rehabilitation centers. Additionally, she practices privately as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, offering therapeutic support to adolescents and adults.
