Dana Garrett

Author Bio:

Dana Garrett is a passionate author and digital creator. She lives in South Louisiana with her Eagle Scout husband and two joyfully energetic kids, who inspire her every day.

After her daughter's diagnosis of CSS and Autism, Dana felt led to advocate for kids with disabilities and their families through writing. She developed a children's book series highlighting nonverbal kids and their siblings titled "Alana and Wyatt's Adventures."

Dana spends her fleeting free time enjoying the great outdoors and leading impromptu dance parties wherever music is playing.

Her work is rooted in a desire to encourage others to embrace differences, advocate for acceptance and believe that "Everyone Belongs."
