Chuck Romano

Chuck Romano is a multifaceted performer, graphic artist, publisher, and author with a focus on magic. His fascination with the art began at the age of five when he received a Marshall Brodien TV Magic Set from his parents and was inspired by the 1953 film Houdini, featuring Tony Curtis. He made his debut performance at just seven years old.

In 1997, Romano authored, designed, and published his first book, "The Art of Deception: The Affinity Between Conjuring and Art". Over the years, he has produced several other books, with additional writings on magic featured in various trade journals. His contributions to the field were recognized with a Linking Ring Award for his May 1992 article on the history of magic in Chicago, and in 1996, he received the esteemed Linking Ring Trophy for “Best Series” in a journal.
