Heidi Cross

Heidi Lee Cross is a copywriter and poet who lives in North London with her partner and son.

Alongside a successful copywriting career, she published a book of poems about parenthood called Mum of a Boy in 2023, whilst helping to care for her mum, who has Alzheimer’s.

Her second book Milk Tulips is a unique mix of personal stories, poems, tips and advice from the perspective of a dementia caregiver, for dementia caregivers. She hopes her story will give hope to other caregivers navigating this extremely challenging disease.
