My name is Lucy Oldridge, and I live among the picturesque landscapes of Portugal. My passion for cooking began in childhood, when I spent hours experimenting in the kitchen and discovering how simple ingredients can be transformed into something truly special. Over the years, I have collected and refined countless recipes that blend simplicity, accessibility, and memorable flavour.
As a grandmother to four wonderful grandchildren, I understand how important it is to prepare meals that are both delicious and nutritious—dishes that bring the whole family together around the table. This love for home cooking and family traditions lies at the heart of all my books.
