I have had three careers. A very short stint as a cowhand on a ranch in Texas at the grand old age of 14; a ten-year career in the Navy as a journalist; and more than forty years as writer/reporter/producer in television news.
I am divorced and retired in Boise, Idaho. In retirement, I spend most of my time on the road or in the air traveling around the county with trips to Europe to visit friends and a granddaughter who lives in Heidelberg, Germany.
Now in my eighties, I wrote “Riding with Loney” to make a record of what amounts to an adventurous life. And it’s not over yet.
