Mark F. Gerald is an ADHD coach, author, and advocate for neurodiversity whose work is inspired by his own late diagnosis of ADHD. As a father of a young son and someone passionate about personal growth, Mark spent years studying self-development through books and courses—only to realize that most productivity advice simply wasn’t designed for an ADHD brain.
This realization led him on a journey of research, experimentation, and practical discovery. Through both personal experience and ongoing study, Mark began developing simple systems and strategies that actually work for adults with ADHD.
Today, Mark helps others understand their ADHD and build practical structures that make life easier—especially when it comes to procrastination, overwhelm, focus, and executive functioning.
Mark is also part of Brighter Brains, a neurodiversity-focused initiative dedicated to creating books, tools, and resources that support ADHD and other neurodivergent minds.
In his books, Mark combines research-backed insights with relatable stories, light humor, and step-by-step strategies. His mission is simple: to help adults with ADHD stop fighting their brains and instead build systems that allow them to finally follow through, reduce chaos, and thrive.
