Jeremy Hullah grew up in the rural Midlands. After proving beyond all doubt that education was not something that came naturally, he moved to Twickenham where he worked on building sites before retraining in IT. He ended up in working for a bank in the City, and started writing books on the train to and from his home in East Sussex. He is now retired, giving him more time to write and cycle around the countryside, dreaming up ideas for new books to keep his two boys entertained.
