MSc. L. R. Silva

L. Silva is a seasoned martial artist with a black belt in Judo and years of experience practicing Karate and Aikido. In addition to a strong martial arts background, Silva holds a degree in electrical engineering, postgraduate qualifications in IT Management and Project Management, and a Master’s degree in Air Traffic Management. With over 16 years of experience in project management and leadership, Silva brings a unique perspective to their work.

As an author, L. Silva is dedicated to uncovering traditional leadership principles and applying them to the modern business world. Currently, Silva is translating and writing The Seven Military Classics, a collection of foundational Chinese military texts compiled during the Song Dynasty.
