Joseph D. Baer

Joseph D. Baer (23) is a self published poet from St. Louis, Missouri, and a 2024 Truman State University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in biology. With a minor in creative writing in college, poetry rapidly became his preferred form of written expression. With a passion for all creative arts, Joe is especially a music enthusiast. The greatest influences on his writing come from music, love and nostalgia. He also enjoys videogames, iced tea and the company of his dog, Bear.
