James R. DeLung, Ph.D

Dr. James (Jim) DeLung is a national public speaker and private/public sector executive with more than two decades of experience developing leaders and strengthening organizations. His work centers on practical, people-focused leadership systems that close the gap between knowing and doing.

Known for his engaging, adult-centered approach to learning and development, Dr. DeLung designs and delivers leadership programs from first-line through C-suite levels for organizations across the United States and Canada. Since 2006, his work has emphasized real-world application, behavioral accountability, and honest dialogue about contemporary leadership culture. His passion lies in helping leaders and followers engage in meaningful systems that improve trust, performance, and organizational effectiveness/culture.

He earned a PhD in Business Administration with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University. He also holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Science from Northern Arizona University.
