Michael Eneyo

Michael Eneyo (Ph.D) is prolific writer of repute and a seasoned Philosophy scholar from Nigeria. He was the best graduating student of the Department of Philosophy, University of Calabar, Calabar, Nigeria in 2007. In 2023, in the same institution, Eneyo defended his Ph.D dissertation on Fearology, thus; becoming the first person globally to attend this feat. Fearology/Fearism is a newly introduced field of study that deals with the study of fear and how it affects humans' decisions. Eneyo's dissertation and his philosophical approach to fear studies, has gained fearology/fearism a place as a branch of philosophy that deals with the study of fear. Alongside his contemporaries, Eneyo has contributed in bringing out fear vocabularies and also introduced some foundational ideas to fear studies. As a scholar, Eneyo has published many educational books to his credit. In addition to his scholarly contributions, Eneyo is a senior Officer of the Nigeria Customs Service.
