Silas Dakar

Silas Dakar is a writer and editor whose work moves between gothic fiction, literary classics, and stories of existential unease.

His books include Vampires: Gothic Tales, Everyday Weapons, Under the Skin, the Luna tales for children and adult listeners, and annotated, illustrated editions of Dostoevsky, Tolstoy, and Edmondo De Amicis.

His recent project, Inquietud, explores meaning, suffering, love, solitude, and death through classic texts, accompanied by The Questions of Inquietud, a literary and philosophical companion.
