Leonora Ross is a writer of women’s and literary fiction. Her stories explore the complexities of family and relationships in culturally diverse and expansive settings. Her character-driven storytelling has a philosophical and often lyrical tone. Born and raised in Southern Africa with a background in law, she changed her career path when she moved to Canada to pursue her love for art and, in recent years, novel writing. Leonora’s writing and photography regularly appear in literary journals. When she’s not working, she embraces the outdoor lifestyle of the Canadian Rockies, where she lives and is an avid hiker and amateur photographer. She is a strong proponent of fairness, equality, and collective human responsibility in saving our planet.
