Robyn M. Bolton

Robyn M. Bolton is a keynote speaker, author, and leadership advisor who works with senior leaders balancing what’s working today with what needs to come next. She is known for helping leaders make high-stakes decisions under real-world uncertainty and removing the organizational friction that prevents those decisions from turning into progress. Her work focuses on moments when the margin for error is small, waiting is costly, and execution matters as much as the call itself.

Robyn’s career spans leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, where she helped build billion-dollar brands including Swiffer, as well as advisory work at Boston Consulting Group and Innosight, the innovation and strategy firm founded by Clayton Christensen. Today, she is the Founder and Chief Navigator of MileZero, where she helps leaders make decisions they can stand behind and create the conditions for real commitment and follow-through, so growth shows up in the business, not just the plan. She is also an assistant professor at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, where she teaches innovation and strategy courses.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in marketing from Miami University. Her writing and perspective have been featured in Fast Company, Harvard Business Review online, the New York Times, and NPR's Marketplace.
