Natacha Raphael

Natacha Raphael is the founder of UnbreaQable, a programme designed to help individuals take back ownership of their health and reconnect with their body for balance and overall wellbeing. As an Author, an International Public Affairs Expert and a Certified Instructor from the Chopra Centre with numerous specialisations on health practices and wellbeing. She has developed numerous programmes to help people living with terrible diseases, to better understand their disease and their health journey, so they can become literate in the healthcare system in their respective country and manage their health outcomes towards improved quality of life and balance.

Natacha has over 20 years of experience both in the healthcare sector and has also worked internationally in the neuroscience sector supporting patients in Canada, Latin America, the Middle East & Africa, and across Asia, living with Alzheimer’s disease, Spinal Muscular Atrophy and Multiple Sclerosis. In Canada where she is originally from, she developed relationships with local communities of people living with Inflammatory Bowel Diseases such as Crohn’s Disease, as well as Multiple Myeloma, and Lung Cancer. In the Middle East and Africa, when based in Dubai for many years, Natacha launched a Heart Health programme focused on nutrition and benefits of healthy habits for patients living with cardiovascular disease. Personally, Natacha is the mother of twins; one son was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at the age of two. Throughout her life, Natacha has worked closely with local community groups around the world to help increase disease awareness in various therapeutic areas. She is passionate about the opportunity to support people to better understand their health journey, and share her experiences.
