With expertise spanning recruitment, leadership, organization development, and corporate social responsibility, I’ve worn many hats—sometimes literally as a barista (because hey, coffee makes everything better). As a Certified HR Professional and lecturer in Leadership and Human Resource Management, I bring a unique blend of academic insight and hands-on experience to the table.

My Passion for Growth

Having worked with leading organizations such as IPMI International Business School, Sampoerna University, and PT Donggi Senoro LNG, I’ve built a career around the belief that people are an organization’s most valuable asset. My focus has always been to foster environments where individuals can thrive, whether through structured onboarding, employee engagement, or mentorship programs.

A Life Rich in Experiences

From heading HR divisions to managing community development projects, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to transformative initiatives that make a difference. My academic journey includes an MBA specializing in Organizational Development and Human Resources from IPMI International Business School, where I deepened my understanding of performance management and transformational leadership.

Outside of work, I’m deeply involved in volunteer activities, having worked with CISV International and Indonesia Mengajar to promote education, cultural exchange, and youth development. These experiences have shaped my perspective on leadership, collaboration, and the power of community.
