Tom Cadogan

Tom is a retired engineer with three children and six grandchildren. He has written a series about an Irish inspector named Declan McGuinness, beginning with a trilogy of mysteries set in the future. McGuinness begins as a member of the Gardai and becomes a private detective in the third book, “Final Currents”. His Gardai experience opens the door to new adventures in his retirement years. Tom lives in Ohio and North Carolina with his wife and both manage to make occasional visits to his ancestral home in Kinsale, Ireland.
