Ezzard Cancel

Ezzard Cancel Ramos, known in the Nazarene Messianic Jewish faith as Yirmeyahu ben Avraham, is a chaplain, teacher, historian, writer, and a passionate researcher of the Holy Scriptures, biblical theology, and also served as a pastor for a time. His academic background includes a Bible Certification from the Theological College of the Caribbean of the Assemblies of God, a Bachelor's degree in History with a minor in Education from Antillean Adventist University, a Master's in Theological Studies in Jewish Roots from Shiloh University, and a Doctorate in progress. His academic and spiritual focus is rooted in Nazarene Messianic Judaism, with an emphasis on the historical and cultural perspective of the Scriptures.

As an educator, Ezzard teaches high school students, transmitting his passion for history, the Bible, culture, and the values that shape future generations. In 2022, he founded the Nazarene Hebrew Biblical Institute, through which he shares his theological and historical knowledge with his students, strengthening their understanding of biblical roots and the first-century faith.

In his free time, Ezzard enjoys spending moments with his family and friends. His mission is to inspire and guide others to rediscover the authentic faith of Yeshua, the Messiah, the apostles, and believers of the first century, known as "The Way" or "Nazarenes," helping people find their eternal purpose in the Creator's plan.
