Francesco Chiodelli

Francesco Chiodelli is Associate Professor of Economic and Political Geography at the University of Turin (Italy), where he directs the Interdepartmental Research Centre for Urban Studies OMERO. Between 2013 and 2019, he worked at the Gran Sasso Science Institute in L'Aquila, where he contributed to found and direct the international PhD in urban studies. He is particularly interested in issues of diversity/pluralism and informality/illegality in the urban space, as well as urban geopolitics, with a focus on the spatial dimensions of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
