Lauren Barton writes emotionally driven romantic suspense and contemporary romance centered on loyalty, resilience, faith, and the complicated ties that bind families and friendships.

She is the author of the Lies We Need series — Lies We Chase, Lies We Inherit, and Lies We Keep — a layered, character-driven trilogy about secrets, betrayal, forgiveness, and the kind of love that asks people to stay when walking away would be easier.

Lauren also writes sweeping historical romance through her ongoing series The Cedar Junction Chronicles, where small-town life, deep emotional connection, and enduring faith unfold against the backdrop of early twentieth-century America.

The first book in The Cedar Junction Chronicles is scheduled for release in June.

In addition to her fiction, Lauren is the author of Amore in Cucina // Love in the Kitchen: A Simple Cookbook for the Italian Food Lover—a heartfelt collection inspired by the home cooking of her Noni and Mama, and the family traditions, stories, and quiet moments shared around the kitchen table. The cookbook is a tribute to the women who taught her that food is love, and that some of the most meaningful memories are made one meal at a time.

When she isn’t writing, Lauren can usually be found creating, designing, and building new projects alongside her family.
