Hi, I’m Natalie, a Wellness Coach, certified Personal Trainer, Solution Focused Brief Therapist (SFBT), and the creator of the S.P.A.R.K.L.E method – a 7-step process designed to help mothers overcome burnout and rediscover their joy.

My journey into coaching began after years in IT project management. But becoming a mother shifted everything. After seven years of fertility challenges, multiple surgeries, IVF, and a heartbreaking miscarriage, my husband and I were incredibly grateful to finally welcome our son. However, returning to work after maternity leave brought on post-natal depression and parental burnout – something I never expected.

That experience became the turning point that led me to rediscover my passion for health and wellness. I retrained, stepped away from the corporate world, and made it my mission to help other mothers who feel overwhelmed and lost. I know firsthand how hard it can be to balance motherhood while trying to hold onto your identity. Now, I guide women in reconnecting with their purpose, finding balance, and reigniting the spark that so often fades under the weight of daily responsibilities.

I’ve been married for 19 years, and we have a wonderful son. Outside of coaching and writing, I love dressmaking and skiing – activities that allow me to unwind and tap into my creativity.
