Xiaochun Wang

Xiaochun Wang received her BS degree in Microelectronics from the Department of Computer Science and Technology at Beijing University in China, her MS degree in Data Compression and her Ph.D. degree in Mobile Robotics from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Vanderbilt University in USA. She was once an associate professor at the School of Software Engineering of Xi'an Jiaotong University in China for ten years. Her research interests include data mining (particularly clustering and outlier detection), pattern recognition, signal processing, computer vision, machine learning, and mobile robotics.
