Dr. Saifuddin Ekram is a clinical researcher, public health advocate, and overseas-trained clinical medicine specialist whose work bridges science, storytelling, and societal well-being. With a PhD in medicine from Monash University and over a decade of experience in chronic disease and aging research, Dr. Ekram has been at the forefront of high-impact studies on frailty, cardiovascular disease, dementia, and metabolic health. As Senior Clinical Research Consultant with the ASPREE trial, he led multidisciplinary teams in adjudicating complex clinical events and ensured regulatory compliance through advanced data analysis and MedDRA coding systems.
In addition to his scholarly achievements—comprising over 35 peer-reviewed publications and editorial roles with BMC Geriatrics and Frontiers in Medicine—Dr. Ekram is a passionate author. He has penned several influential titles, including "Frailty Fighters," "Frailty and Nutrition," "Frailty and Fitness," and "Frailty and Heart Health," translating cutting-edge geriatric research into accessible, actionable insights.
