Christine Richards

Christine is creator of the 4-month programme, "Rebalance: Live your Life Without Guilt, Stress and Anxiety". This programme helps women rebalance their life by releasing guilt, stress and anxiety so they can feel resilient, empowered, patient and calm in their everyday life.

Having spent more than 15 years working as a health professional and many more years working in the Pharmaceutical, Health and Social Care Industries, Christine now specialises in helping tired, anxious and stressed women feel safe, grounded and full of energy so they can be more at ease in everyday life.

Christine is mother to her adult son who has epilepsy, learning disabilities and is on the autistic spectrum.

Christine has been in that dark place with the isolation and guilt of caring, depression, stress and anxiety and not knowing if you’re able to get out of bed that morning because you’re so tired, to do another full day of work and caring again.

She was the first therapist in Sussex to be trained in a unique framework to help parents and carers to provide the tools necessary to relax, reduce stress and take care of themselves and the person they care for. She has provided workshops through West Sussex Carers Support.

Christine has also trained and qualified in a number of other therapeutic complementary practices and has worked with over 250 regular clients to create change in their lives.

She is an International best-selling author of Follow Your Stars: Transform Your Life. She is also a member of complementary therapy associations with published articles in leading industry magazines and as one of the first 16 EAM Mentors in the world, has appeared on stage with Yvette Taylor, the founder of the Energy Alignment Method (EAM).

Christine has also worked with companies and charities such as Kuoni and RSPCA, to provide relaxation for staff and their teams. She is also a follower and has raised money for charities such as Young Epilepsy, Sunfield School, Ingfield Manor School, The Springboard Project, Soil Association and the Samaritans.

What makes Christine different to other therapists is that she has come through her struggles of guilt, depression, stress and anxiety.

Now, Christine is on a mission to build the Live with Love Community offering life skills, learning and healing for all to enable individuals, parents, carers, families and friends to experience joy, connection and purpose.
