Tania Croitoru is a mother, daughter, and sister. At 46, she carries the roots of Roumania in her soul, though for the past six years, she has called the UK home—where she lives alongside her youngest son, a bright and beautiful child on the autism spectrum. Her quiet yet steady journey as an author began in adolescence, when her introverted spirit and tender heart awakened a deep longing to write. Guided by this inner pull, she began pouring her thoughts, dreams, and unspoken desires onto the page—transforming them into poetry meant to stir the soul. Many of these early writings still rest in silence, in a desk drawer.
In 2024, she found the courage to step into the light, publishing journals and colouring books. In 2025, driven by a desire to uplift and empower other women through her own story, she wrote and released The Soft Path to Healing: Burnout Recovery for Sensitive, Introverted Women Who Are Ready to Rest and Rise.
Tania finds joy in the simple and sacred: time spent with her family, the comfort of a good book, singing from the heart, quiet moments of meditation, shooting hoops under the open sky—and always, the healing power of writing.
