Is My Little Boy Blue? facilitates a conversation. Many children don’t have the vocabulary to express feelings of depression. This book allows the reader to journey alongside a family who identifies behaviors and seeks solutions. My hope is that discussing feelings of sadness is no more stigmatized than discussing feelings of joy.
