PAUL HILTZ, FACHE, PRESIDENT AND CEO

Paul Hiltz is President and CEO of NCH (Naples Comprehensive Health) in Naples, Florida. NCH is a nonprofit Advanced Community Healthcare System™ serving Southwest Florida with premier routine, critical and specialty care.

Since joining NCH Paul has developed collaborations and partnerships with Encompass for inpatient rehabilitation, HSS for orthopedics, Nicklaus Children’s Hospital for pediatrics, Northwestern Medicine for oncology and ProScan Imaging for radiology services, ensuring top-tier medical care is available in Southwest Florida.

NCH is recognized as one of Healthgrades America’s Top 100 Hospitals and a Top 50 Hospital for Surgical Care. NCH provides fellowship and Graduate Medical Education opportunities, participates in national clinical trials and collaborates with health market leaders.

Prior to joining NCH in 2019, Paul served as the President and CEO of multiple hospitals and medical centers.
