Dr Chris Baker

Hi I'm Chris and I'm a former teacher who now designs, delivers and assesses leadership development programmes at various scales across various domains. I have a doctorate in leadership self-efficacy and am fascinated by the complexities of leadership and the interplay of its strategic, operational and interpersonal elements.

I've had an amazingly crazy life which has included 6 years of solo travel around the world, a teacher of the year award, two ironman triathlons and a wife and two great kids.

I currently lead professional development across 35 schools in the South West of England and do keynotes and write articles Nationally and Internationally.
