David J. Hensley is a U.S. Navy veteran, pastor, professor of theology, devoted husband of 24 years, and proud father. He holds a Master’s degree in History with an emphasis in Theology from Liberty University. He specializes in theology, early church history, and biblical apologetics, and is currently working toward his doctorate. Known as a “biblical detective,” David is passionate about uncovering the deeper meanings of scripture, piecing together historical and theological mysteries, and defending the Christian faith.
As a biblical scholar, he explores complex topics such as angels and demons, the end times, and the spiritual battle between God and Satan, always grounding his work in a conservative Christian perspective using the King James Version of the Bible. His writings, including in-depth Bible studies on apologetics, eschatology, and theology, challenge and equip believers with a scholarly yet accessible approach.
Beyond his theological pursuits, David is a history and anthropology enthusiast, an avid gamer who enjoys Xbox sessions with his wife, daughter, and close friends. With a vast collection of Bible-related books and a love for reading religious journals, he continually seeks deeper understanding and meaningful discussions of faith. David is a dual citizen of the United States and Israel, spending most of his time in Tel Aviv, Israel.
