Hongxia Chen

Hongxia Chen has dedicated decades to the practice of Tai Chi and Qigong. Approximately 10 years ago, she began sharing her knowledge by teaching these disciplines. Through her teaching experiences, she observed that some individuals with physical ailments, such as chronic pain in the knees, hips, and shoulders, find learning Tai Chi to be quite challenging. This observation inspired her to author the book "Qigong for Better Mind and Body Health," as many people lack adequate information about Qigong.

Engaging in Qigong provides health benefits similar to those of Tai Chi, yet it is considerably easier to learn. Qigong can be practiced while standing or sitting, making it an excellent choice for individuals with concerns related to their knees, back, or hips. It is especially advantageous for seniors who are dealing with various health issues.

The purpose of this book is to educate individuals about Qigong and to raise awareness that it serves as a valuable resource for all. It presents a simple and enjoyable approach to improving health and fostering longevity.
