Biswanath Subhash Panda

Biswanath Subhash Panda is a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, certified by the Indian Statistical Institute, Mumbai, and an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB). With over 30 years of expertise in process development and improvement, he has significantly impacted the manufacturing and service industries. He co-founded Mastermind Career Hub (established in 2023), a platform within the SBP SigmaL group that empowers working professionals by offering Lean Six Sigma certifications, boosting their career growth and professional recognition.

Throughout his career, Biswanath has served in key roles, including Head of Quality and R&D. He successfully led numerous Lean Six Sigma improvement projects. His expertise spans auto part development, AIAG Core Tools Training, IATF 16949 QMS implementation, and audits. As a lead auditor for ISO 9001, he upholds the highest standards of quality and safety.

Biswanath holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and continues to inspire professionals with his mentorship and digital courses on Lean Six Sigma. Living in Mumbai, India, he shares a fulfilling life with his wife, Sarada Panda, and is the proud father of two daughters, Sellora and Yellora.
