Aman Dudeja

Aman Dudeja has studied the psychology of emotions, learning in the brain, childhood development, family engagement and relationships through programs at Harvard University and the University of Cambridge (Online). A lifelong explorer of human connection, he has traveled to and lived in more than thirty-seven countries, discovering how people communicate, love, and grow across cultures.

For nearly a decade, Aman has worked with children through his nonprofit organization, visiting and volunteering at orphanages and schools across India, Nepal, Australia, and the United States. These experiences shaped his understanding of empathy, belonging, and the emotional intelligence that binds us all.

He began traveling at an early age, searching for a sense of home after feeling distant from his family. Over time, he found peace and now shares a close, loving relationship with the people he once longed to understand.

Aman writes micro books that focus on one big human challenge at a time, simple, intelligent, and deeply human works that aim to create real transformation in everyday life.

Beyond writing, he loves to cook, make chocolate, read, travel, and work with kids. His life and his books are both devoted to the same purpose: helping people understand themselves and one another a little better.
