William Skinner

William Skinner is an Ontario-based author whose work in children's literature is inspired by the formative experiences of parenthood and family life. His passion for storytelling began with the birth of his son. Each evening, William and his wife, Jennifer, would read to him at bedtime, cherishing those quiet, meaningful moments. Inspired by that nightly tradition, William began writing his own stories, aspiring to bring comfort, joy, and imagination to other families. He draws creative influence from renowned authors who have left a lasting impact on generations of readers, including Robert Munsch, Sandra Boynton, Stan and Jan Berenstain, Brenda Clark, and Paulette Bourgeois.
