Saarmishthaa Mitra – Leading Holistic Visionary and Thought Leader

I’m Saarmishthaa Mitra — founder of The Wellbeing Sanctuary, creator of DecodeYou®, and an author committed to challenging how we see ourselves, our pain, and our potential.

So let me share why I write — and why I will keep writing.

We’ve all met someone who looks like they have it all together — calm, composed, saying all the right things. But behind that mask? A silent battle.

And over time, that silent battle shows up in the body — as illness, exhaustion, emptiness.

That invisible epidemic — people disconnected from themselves and from life — is what I have devoted my work, my voice, and my words to heal.

I write because words were once the only place I found clarity during my own unraveling. When nothing else worked — not the therapies, not the wellness trends, not the empty affirmations — it was through the quiet act of questioning and writing that I uncovered the truth:

The subconscious — that silent, ancient autopilot — was hijacking me. My body. My relationships. My choices.

That awakening became DecodeYou®.

And my books, essays, and teachings are my way of handing the torch forward — so others don’t have to wander as long or as blind as I did.

I will continue to write because healing is not a one-time revelation. It’s a remembering.

Each page I write is a mirror: to help you see what’s been hiding in plain sight within you all along — and to remind myself to keep looking, too.

I don’t write for everyone.

I write for those who are done pretending to feel fine while falling apart inside.

For those who sense that there’s more — and want to reclaim it.

For those ready to stop treating symptoms and finally address the silent autopilot within.

We don’t need another wellness cliché or fleeting inspiration.

We need truth.

We need tools.

We need clarity.

And that’s why I write — and why I will keep sharing, as long as there is one more person still walking through life with blurry vision, waiting to see clearly again.

If my words can help even one person take off that mask — and take back their mind, body, and spirit — then I’ve done what I came here to do.

So keep reading.

Keep questioning.

And keep remembering who you were before the world taught you to forget.
