Sandra Martinez

Sandy Martinez is the CEO of Strive Studios serving as a career strategist and consultant dedicated to supporting women of color to thrive in their careers and helping organizations with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, staff success strategies, and Web3 advising, working with global brands and projects like Jarritos enter the innovative ecosystem. As the founder of Women of Web3, Sandy leads a movement that empowers female trailblazers and promotes gender equality in the digital landscape. She is an experienced higher education leader, dedicated community builder, Hispanic & Latino advocate, and motivational speaker. Her mission is to connect others—especially first-generation students and immigrants like herself—with opportunities that can change their lives. Sandy also serves as an engaged Board Member for Young & Empowered Women’s Association and United Latinas, elevating and empowering women nationally and beyond.

Her recognition includes serving as ASU’s Chicano Latino Faculty and Staff Association 50th President, being named a 2019 Badass Woman of ASU, featured in Times Square twice for her work with the United Nations, being the former dynamic radio host of Webtr3s al Aire, and named top 100 Most Inspirational Women in Web3 and AI by Unstoppable Women in Web3 in 2023.

As a proud Sun Devil, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Communication with a minor in Business and a Master’s in Higher and Postsecondary Education, specializing in university administration. Away from her professional pursuits, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, CrossFit, rooting for the Los Angeles Dodgers and learning more about blockchain and other emerging technology.
