Marisa Estrada Rivera

As a first-generation Mexican American and the founder of Ritzy Periwinkle, Marisa Estrada Rivera (also known as Ritzy P) brings over 15 years of experience spanning the music, art, and emerging tech industries. Her consultancy focuses on helping small businesses, startups, and corporations navigate the evolving tech landscape with tailored strategies designed for success.

As a partner at Hola Metaverso, she is dedicated to creating educational and bridge-building experiences in emerging tech across the U.S. and Latin America.

Her advocacy work includes being a member of Women of Web3, where she presented at the UN General Assembly Science Summit 78 and 79. Marisa is also part of the National Policy Network of Women of Color in Blockchain, working towards more inclusive tech policy.

She co-hosts The Get Down, a podcast by Butterscotch Media, which delves into policy and industry trends in DeFi and Web3, affecting Black, Latin@, and Indigenous communities. She is also the creator and host of Word to Your Mama, a podcast that amplifies diverse voices and celebrates shared experiences. From Academy and Emmy award winners, to activists, artists and builders, Word To Your Mama celebrates the rich diversity of Marisa's multi-cultural tribe.
