Deanna Cox

Deanna Cox is a two-time #1 best-selling author, life coach, public speaker, and President of Anchored Pathways Coaching, a faith-centered practice dedicated to helping women heal, rebuild confidence, and reclaim their voice after life’s hardships. With more than 25 years in the food service industry, Deanna built her career as a leader known for relationship-driven business, mentorship, and helping others grow both personally and professionally.

Her passion for encouraging others was shaped early through her family’s business and a lifetime of working closely with people from all walks of life. That same foundation now guides her coaching, writing, and speaking, where she shares her own journey of faith, resilience, and starting a new chapter later in life.

In addition to her work through Anchored Pathways, Deanna serves as the past Event Chair for the Austin chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and is active in several business and community organizations, including Texas Business Women, SAFE, and the Christian Business Women’s Network. She is deeply committed to supporting women in business, strengthening community, and using her experiences to encourage others to move forward with courage and hope.

Deanna lives in Texas with her husband Max. Together they have six children and nine grandchildren. Her life and work are grounded in faith, family, and the belief that even through life’s hardest seasons, God can use our story to bring healing and purpose to others. Her legacy is empowering, through peace, love, and faithfulness in her walk with God as she uses her experiences to create positive change wherever she goes.
