Lena Imada

Lena Imada (she/her) is a Canadian entrepreneur, translator, and advocate for equity, diversity, and inclusion. Fluent in Japanese and English, with a touch of Spanish, Lena is the proud mother of two girls and the owner of a small translation company. Her career spans roles in post-secondary education and health care, along with leadership in community organizations. Lena channels her passion for EDI through her blog and personal projects, drawing on her experiences as a minority leader and mother to educate, inspire understanding, and create spaces where every voice is valued.
