Lisa Gibson

Lisa Gibson is the President & Founder of Ignite Communications Inc. With more than two decades of experience, Lisa is an award-winning and well-respected communications executive and speaker. Prior to starting her consulting company, Lisa led communications for some of the world’s largest brands including Microsoft, Target, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Canadian Tire.

Over the course of her career, she has built a reputation for solving complex business problems through strategic communications and delivering best-in-class public relations, employee, and executive communication programs. She is a member of the board of The Shine Foundation and QueerTech and volunteers her time to mentor early-in-career communications talent.

When Lisa is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, travelling, and listening to podcasts.
