David Farkas

David Farkas is a longtime water polo coach, author, actor, and father of three. Alongside his wife Brittany, he has spent more than 25 years helping athletes build confidence, discipline, resilience, and a lifelong love of the game.

As the founder of Shaquatics Water Polo Club and creator of the Shaquatics YouTube channel, David has coached thousands of athletes while developing a teaching style centered on strong fundamentals, mental toughness, and long-term growth. His book, Don’t Get Bored with the Basics: Water Polo Fundamentals and the Mental Game for Parents, Coaches, and Athletes, combines decades of coaching experience to help players, parents, and coaches better understand the game and the mindset behind success.

David has also appeared in television shows including NCIS: Los Angeles, Ghost Whisperer, Days of Our Lives, and Criminal Minds.
