Kent Kauffman, J.D., is Associate Professor of Business Law and Ethics, and is the MBA Programs Faculty Liaison, at Purdue University Fort Wayne. He is the author of three other legal books. He has a B.A. from Temple University and a J.D. from The Penn State University-Dickinson School of Law, and he has an Indiana law license. Kent is a Purdue member of Indiana University’s selective, scholarly teaching community, the Faculty Academy on Excellence in Teaching (FACET). He is the recipient of multiple teaching and research awards. Kent has been providing workshops and conference presentations for over a decade on the various legal matters that should matter to faculty of all ranks, including part-time faculty.
