Dr Michelle Hunter-Hill

Dr Michelle Hunter-Hill is a Chartered Psychologist, Scientist, Academic and Coach. She writes about specialist areas such as personality and individual differences, coaching, professional practice, burnout, online bullying of professionals and celebrities, and organisational behaviour. She specialises in the application of psychology to the workplace, helping solve individual and organisational problems. Dr Michelle is focussed on unpacking the core factors influencing individual and organisational behaviour. Traditionally, she recognises the role played by upbringing, genetics, cognition, and social influence, however she goes further to explores what lies beneath the surface.
