J.L Givens has always had a love for and passion for storytelling. As an interactive storyteller she has visited many schools workshopping with Children of primary school and pre school age.

J.L Givens is the The co-founder of a children's theatrical entertainment company. The inspiration for the Twinkle book series is based upon the Christmas characters she created.

She enjoys history, literature, reading, nature walks and mindfulness practice. J.L lives in a small town on the outskirts of Glasgow with her husband and 3 children.
