I have to tell you something: I am NOT a professional author. I am just a writer. Actually I'm a lapsed classical musician, part-time sculptor and an undertaker. I wrote advertising copy years ago, then a radio play, then a book about bad English, then a pilot sitcom and finally a bunch of screenplays. But these were occupations more than anything - things to keep me busy. Today I'm just an everyday tea junkie scribe with an off-kilter sense of irreverent silliness, and a love of super-clever humour and the English language. I write for fun not fortune, sub-nonsense parodies and erroneous memoirs, then I compile them in books as a hobby. If my generalist pseudo-philosophical take on life makes you smile then my work here is done.
