Mohammad Mansoob Khan

Mohammad Mansoob Khan is a Professor of Inorganic Chemistry and Nanotechnology at Chemical Sciences, Faculty of Science, Universiti Brunei Darussalam, Brunei Darussalam.

At present, Prof. Khan is working in the cutting-edge area of nanochemistry, nanosciences, and nanotechnology, especially in the field of inorganic and nanohybrid materials such as synthesis of various noble metal nanoparticles, metal oxides (such as ZnO, TiO2, SnO2, CeO2, etc.), chalcogenides (such as MoS2, CdS, ZnS, SnS2, CuInS2, etc.), perovskites, MXenes, and their nanocomposites. These nanomaterials are applied in hydrogen production, photocatalysis, photoelectrodes, sensors, peroxidase mimics, solar cells, etc.

Prof. Khan has about 210 publications in international peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings, books, and book chapters with more than 15,500 citations, with 62 h-index and 139 i10-index. Prof. Khan also got 05 Patents (4 Korean & 1 Brunei) and had the opportunity to address conferences as a Plenary speaker (1 talk), a Keynote speaker (10 talks), and delivered Invited talks (15 talks).
