Mark Fairbanks

Mark Fairbanks grew up on the Westside of the San Fernando Valley in a suburb north of Los Angels, California. Today Mark operates a consulting practice where he coaches innovative production teams to thrive. He also teaches business and technology courses as part-time associate professor at the University of Arizona. He is fascinated with alchemy, turning something worthless into gold, and sees how it also applies to the frameworks and team empowerment that he coaches. As in the Toasters Club story, his goal is to inspire others to build their own independent action teams that produce great things while helping others. Enjoy the Toasters Club
