Heidi Kasevich

Heidi Kasevich, PhD, is founder of Kase Leadership, a mission-driven organization committed to guiding schools and organizations to foster inclusive cultures where people of diverse personality styles can thrive. Through professional development workshops and keynote presentations, Kase Leadership facilitates the courageous conversations needed to create communities of belonging where introverts are as valued as their extroverted counterparts for their potential to learn and lead.

An expert in introvert leadership, Heidi serves as career coach for non profit leaders at Kase Leadership and Executive Coaches of Orange County. With her "Strength-Stretch-Restore" Method, she empowers clients to honor their true selves- and comfortably flex their style in the pursuit of a core personal and/or professional project.

She is also the founding director of the Gardner Carney Leadership Institute's Certification and Virtual programs, which are designed to empower educators to teach students to be self-aware, resilient, and compassionate leaders who are capable of harnessing the power of diverse teams for the benefit of all.

Heidi recently served as director of education at Susan Cain's Quiet Revolution, where she launched an introvert-inclusivity professional development program for a national cohort of educators, which was featured on NPR and in numerous publications, including Huffington Post, New York Magazine, and Harvard Magazine.

Her proficiency is grounded in over 20 years of experience as leadership and history educator, department chair and leadership program designer at independent schools and universities in New York City and Paris.

Dr. Kasevich received her PhD in French Studies/European History from New York University. She loves to travel to France with her family: she "found her voice" as a teacher of French at NYU and continues to enjoy opportunities to speak the language. She is also an avid yogi, forever inspired by the subject of her dissertation, the life of the intrepid French Buddhist explorer, Alexandra David-Neel.
